"Bencetić Appartments offer to guests all the comforts of a fully furnished and equipped place.
Appartments are furnished with modern pieces of furniture and an array of new appliances including Toshiba Philips LCD TV sets 82 cm (DVD integrated), Whirpool air conditioners, refrigerators, dishwashers, deep freezers, anti-bugs rolling nets on all windows, shower bath-tubs, oven, bbq grill, parking lot and free Internet (wi-fi).

The appartments are situated in the center of the small city of Vir, 10 min on foot to the main square and the main city beach. Distance to the superstore and bakery is 50-100 m (1-2 min on foot).

There are only 500 m to the main city sand beach (the biggest on the island). The appartments are their own parking place.

The sea at the main beach of Vir is shallow with fine sand bottom. The beach is surrounded by a number of caffes and children's playing grounds (with trampoline, chutes, ice-cream parlours etc.) to the comfort and fun to the kids and their parents. Due to its pleasant climate and warm seawater, Vir arises to a modern tourist resort.

In the vicinity of the appartments there is a number of modern caffe bars: Bolid, Tik-Tak, Kalimero (next ot the main beach) and night-clubs: Nostromo, Vagabundo, Kotarina and Havana also next to the beach. A host of other catering objects like patisseries, pizza huts, restaurants, bakeries, are at 10 min walking distance from the appartments.

The appartments comprise 30 sq m of living quarters and 20 sq m of terrace (per unit).
Each appartment consists of a bedroom with cupboard and double-bed, living room (including a couch set which during the night can be used as bed for the other two adult persons), the kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin.
A table with plastic chairs, bbq grill, sun-shades and laundry dryers is to be found on each terrace.

• July / August – min stay is 5 days
• The appartments are to be vacated until 11 am. Arrival from 2 pm onward.
• The appartments and rooms are fully furnished, offer air conditioners. Bedding and towels included. The guests are to keep the place clean during their stay.
• As you confirm the reservation,you are obliged to make the down-payment of 30 %. Letter of Credit accepted.
• Pets allowed with surcharge of 5€ per day.
